Shipping Policy & Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within 48 hours of completed production. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Carvers Ridge or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

We make sure to select the most efficient methods for shipping your handmade finished products to you. Your package will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee Delivery Service, or USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped from our location in Corning, you'll receive a confirmation tracking number from the carrier. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment. You can calculate your estimated shipping costs by using our shipping calculator.

We also offer in-store pick up for our Midwest customers. If you'd prefer to pick up your order, just select that option during checkout and you won't be charged for shipping. All pick ups can be made during preset hours depending on location. If you need to schedule a pick up for a time outside of these hours, please call our offices. Orders must be picked up within 30 days notice that the order is complete or you will be charged for shipping.

What to do if your items break in shipping

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you in pristine condition. But occasionally, especially with glass items, breakage will occur during shipping. If this happens to you, please reach out to us right away. We will ask that you take a photo of the broken item and the package it arrived in so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. We will remake your item at no charge and ship a new one out to you right away. 

Our carriers ask that you hold the package for 5 business days before disposing of it in case they need to pick it up. 

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products at the same time. Products unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. In the event of out-of-stock products, you may cancel your order at any time prior to production.
